Chelsey Dewar

Chelsey Dewar, a certified personal trainer who utilizes a variety of exercise techniques for a fun, effective, and dynamic workout. She focuses primarily on functional exercise that incorporates both balance and strength for all age groups and ability levels. She utilizes Tabata and HITT (high intensity interval training) as a supplementary cardiovascular activity.
