Our athletic conditioning program is directed by former NHL hockey player and TeamMates Fitness owner Mike Lalor. Mike has taken his years of personal experience working with the best athletic conditioning coaches in the professional sports world to develop workouts that help young athletes become stronger, faster and better conditioned. Professional athletes in many sports use this type of training program, as it combines cardiovascular training with strength training and flexibility.
